Setting Up Automated Webinars
You can automate your webinar replays for a like-live experience along with realtime engagement using the automated webinar tool.
To create automated webinars with a fixed date, vist your Dashboard and click on the Webinars menu from the hover-over menu from the left:
Once here, click on Create Webinar and select Automated Webinars
Select the first option to create automated webinars with Fixed Dates:
Enter the Title, Date, Time,Select the Duration and add a Description for your webinar:
Select the recording you wish to attach for the webinar from the Webinar Videos or Video Library tabs and click on the Select This Video button next to the video you wish to select:
Next click on Go To Webinar Room or Create Landing Page to create a landing page for your webinar. Enter the Title and fill in all the details:
Once you have set up your landing page, click on the Save & Link button at the bottom of the page. On the menu displayed next, Check the box next to the landing page you wish to link and click on the Save & Link.
The next pop-up lets you make any changes to the landing pages in case you need to add further information to it. In case you are happy with the landing page you have linked, click on Done
You will then be led to the Capture menu where you will see the landing page listed. You can then Link Your Landing Page
Once it is all set up, you can then Invite Attendees for your webinar
