How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel your Expertise.tv subscription, all you need to do is switch to the Free Forever plan.
You will still have an Expertise.tv account, but you will no longer be subscribed to a paid plan. The free account provides all of the features available under the Free Forever plan and allows you to continue attending webinars by other hosts as well.
Please keep in mind the following when canceling your subscription:
- You will lose your evergreen webinars - the feature is not available on the free plan.
- You will lose any special rate and will be moved back to the regular pricing.
To proceed with the cancellation, click Your Communities in the top navigation menu, then select your community.
Select Configure in the left side menu, then click Change Plan & Billing, then Scroll down and click on Cancel subscription and move to Free plan
Enter the reason for your cancellation and then click on OK
